My weight seems to flucuate a lot since I added a little bit of weights into my workouts. So annoying!!! I am determined to stick with the weight lifting even if it's just a little bit.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
