Read the scale wrong this morning. Actually my weight remained constant over the last month without recording my food here. Still, it didn't drop, so I do need to watch overall caloric intake while still eating low carb.
268.2 lb Lost so far: 61.8 lb.    Still to go: 78.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
