Talk about unexpected! While I mostly maintained my IF, a few of my choices early in the week were not the best. We had mom's birthday party, which involved oh so much booze, then a hangover day which often does and did include Braums (just a kids meal and kid sized shake) then my husband and I took our children to the coast overnight and once again my choices were poor. Since we've been home, I've been trying pretty hard, and pushing myself in my workouts! I guess it paid off!
