Worst plateau ever even after cutting back calories since 7/2.. Hopefully the fitness center will call to say our membership processed. Gotta get more exercise. I walked about 7800 steps and climbed 3 flights of stairs yesterday but that's not enough.
208.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 58.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
