Weight loss is still slow going... Still haven't been able to start any kind of routine. Little man isn't a fan of being out down yet. :)
So, still trying to keep an eye on what I eat. I need to up my water intake and be more vigilant about cutting out those carbs and sugars.
183.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
