Today is day 1 of my weight loss journey all over again. I just had a baby so I have a good excuse as to why I gained the few lbs that I did and now it is time for me to get my body back. I am ready for this journey! Lets go!!!
179.8 lb Lost so far: 46.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
