Mammogram today and I don't want to! But I will. My stomach is in knots with anxiety. I know I make it out to be worse than it is. The new machines are nothing like the old ones. Yet, I want to huddle in a closet with a flashlight and a book until I miss the appointment. LOL

Yesterday, we cleaned the house, and I caught up on laundry. We played a video game together off and on all day while we cleaned, and later we watched Captain Marvel. We also went out to eat but it was just eh. E won at King in the Corner, and I won at Rummy. (We always play some sort of game while we eat together, even at restaurants.)

Thankful:
Hubby loves me enough to go to my mammogram appointment with me, just so I can hug him after. His hatred of doctor stuff is epic.

Goal for day:
I will try not to cry today. It always freaks the techs out. & I already exercised, so yay me. I knew a post mammogram exercise was NOT going to happen.

Positive Thoughts:
Tomorrow will put today behind me. I can do 1 rough day, and I can especially do 1 rough hour. I will be ok. I WILL be ok.
