OK, so at least 2 lb was water weight after the flight. So it is about 1.5 lb gain over 3 weeks during holiday season and while travelling. Not that bad after all. Had a terrible migraine yesterday, hence all the chocolate.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Perhaps you needed an extra boost of magnesium! Chocolate is always a good solution to that!

Magnesium is what my doc told me to do before bed to help sleep, man that stuff is GREAT! You are doing well Ingria! whoot whoot!
