First day rest after weight lifting

Have been eating two chicken breasts a day

My biggest priority is to gain muscle mass, my secondary priority is to loose fat weight.

The measurings are from a body composition monitor (a somewhat inaccurate and old model from Tanita)
140.0 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
