My husband is not my best weight loss friend- But I am trying. He offered me cinnamon donut holes and I said no to him. I did eat one after he left- just one. Today I plan to get on my Treadmill. I have strapped the prtable DVD player to it and I have an X files DVD ready to go. They are 40 minute episodes. Hopefully I can make throught a whole one. I am saving for an eliptical machine- easier on the old bones. I only have access to the internet on workdays, so I will not be able to record everyday.
