Yesterday was kind of a high calorie day since it was not a spike day. So, I planned 2 low calorie days before it and it all evens out. Great evening w the kids. We are planning a Salem day in Oct together. We are spending more time with her now then when she was a teen. Life is good.

100 oz plus 24 oz iced coffee
247.2 lb Lost so far: 32.8 lb.    Still to go: 87.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hi! I am doing much better. OMAD seems to be the key I was missing for myself. How about you? I have not seen you on FB much either

Trying to get my head wrapped back around life and living it. 🙂. I'll get the hang of it eventually. The meds have helped, but... Yeah life. Haha.
