9st 8 (1 on @WW) (This was actually a weigh in from 29/12 but I had trouble saving it.) Not unexpected gain, just hope it doesn't go up too much more before I get back to the normal routine, without all the treats and snack foods and chaotic eating! Have definitely indulged way more than last year! So it was nice to only put one on at WW, but I expect to have gained plenty more by next weigh in! Hopefully not over ten stone tho. It will be a shock to the system to drop my points to lose the excess but will need to be done, and good practice for me to get over a blip like this.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
