So today is day 1. I didn't want to wait till tomorrow , the first of the year because I feel like starting it as a New Years Resolution never works for me. But I really want to give this ketogenic diet a try. If not that at least watch and record what I eat. Recording it makes you responsible and if it's something I don't want to record and see in the numbers, then I shouldn't eat it. After recording breakfast today, I can see that the orange juice is not a good idea when you're trying to save carbs. it added about 27 carbs to my meal when I'm trying to stay under 60 a day. I don't think it'll be a diet that you stick with forever or for a long time because I really do love bread, but I know that bread and carbs are the reason I got this big. So here goes nothing,I want to be the best me I can be and I can't do that with they way I've been living. I want to be the difference. I want to see the change.
