All I can say is, Wow! Where is all the weight going?! I quit smoking ciggarettes and eating snack and drinking soda. 3 meals a day between 8 am and 5 pm only. sometimes an evening snack like a granola bar. I injured myself a while back so I had trouble sitting and standing, but as the weight goes off, I am that much more able. I want to lose a few more pounds the way I am as it is worling very well. I walk sometimes and mow lawns at least once a week and that has kept me somewhat active. I have loss over 15 pounds since I started Fat secret and continue to show everybody what is working for me. Today I weighed in at 203.7!!! Follow me and let me see what you're eating... I started my diet by limiting comfort eating and snavking to 10pm and slowly quit grazing all day long. I started this journey weighing 228 pounds. and have somehow lost 25 pounds in 100 days.
