Hi my lovely FS friends 2 weeks since reaching my target so having been eating more but not gone crazy. My weight seems to have settled at about 69 kg (152lbs) so have adjusted my target by 1kg and if I can keep to that I will be delighted 🥰❤️🐝x
153.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
