I’m hoping to get under 160 this week. I weighed myself on May 6th at 170 lbs. if I lose couple more lbs. then I will officially have lost 10.. I will be 1/3 of the way to my goal weight of 140. I feel much better and have more pep in my step. Also getting out and walking more helps. I’ve been outside doing yard work and getting more sun which helps. I wish the winter wasn’t so hard on me physically and mentally. Almost makes me want to move down south cause winters take such a toll on me every year. I stay indoors and I eat too much every winter.. if I could just not do those two things I would be doing better now. Oh well, here’s to moving forward and being healthier.. I will try to keep it up as the seasons change.
