Thank god the hoildays are over now and I can start back on track. I did had too much to drink the other nightcause we went out to the bar to shot some pool for christmas after the kids got calm down. I sure can feel it from the drinking. I gain almost 2 pounds gave and take alittle. One thing is my measurement is still droping. chest 39 1/2 which remain the same, waist 32 from 32 3/4, hips 40 1/2 which is the same, left mid thigh 21 from 21 1/2, and left upper arm 12 1/2 from 12 3/4. I am starting to do some wt work out now with my running and walking, so I guess I am building up muscle which wts more then fat. Starting to work on my new year goal. I believe I want to get down to size 7/8 and try to stop smoking. But the quite smoking is going to be hard because I am a nurse and we need the breaks. I do hope everyone had better luck then what I did durning this hoilday season.
