I watched the carbs fairly closely for most of the holiday. I had a couple of really good days at the gym. Gotta keep pushing forward.
The gym was closed on Christmas day (good for them... the employees deserve to have that time with their families) so no workout on Christmas day. Today, I really, really, really want to get my 1000 calories burned - but it looks like it won't happen. I have a work assignment that needs to be completed tonight. It's the most important work assignment I've done in 10 years... so, it's priority #1. I don't expect to be done before midnight, but if it goes much better than expected, I'll still go to the gym (they are open 24 hours.)
