been off my diet need to get back and focus I have gained 30 lbs back of the 63 I lost
259.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 84.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

lost 65 and gained 8... I was just started back on today. But I realized, you and I have come sooo far. Andddd if we have done it once, we can do it again!! YOU GOT THIS!!

I have done that too many times to count. I am 75 and still struggling with it. I finally did learn stop after gaining 5- 10 lbs over my goal and get serious before it gets out of hand. It is a lot easier to lose 5-10 lbs than it is to lose 50. Plus I don't have to deal with all that remorse.
