I started my wii plus challange today and i am feeling good about this. 163 cal burned and 32 min. of work out. i did yoga first, then boxing, then hola hoop, some running then advance step and then free stepping which was great. i hope to keep this up but i dont think i will be able to do it in the morning as i am now running late.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
