Slow but sure, it's the first month, my experience in past has been it's takes like a month for my body to adjust to the reduced calories, then the weight loss begins to show up...it's worth it....
162.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
