Body fat percentage: 11.3 %
Visceral fat percentage: 12.1 %

Hydration: 63.6 %

Muscle mass: 53.7 kg
Skeletal mass: 2.8 kg

BMR: 1629 kcal/ 6815 kJ

Goal is no longer loosing weight but loosing fat and gaining muscle weight at the same time. For this I won't be eating too much but I won't also be eating too little. I'm just going to have a balanced healthy diet, eat enough proteins for building muscle mass and avoid candy and junk food.
140.4 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.7 lb a week
