I went to a movie and dinner with a friend yesterday. We saw Long Shot. It was not bad. It had Seth Rogen awkward moments at times, but Charlize Theron makes most movies better.

We went to BJ's Brewhouse for dinner, and I stayed on point. My dinner was only 630 calories so I had half a dessert. Perfect!
