2nd day rest after weight lifting ( chicken breast earlier in the day, On this night I ate McDonalds. At least I've got enough protein to grow muscle... Let's see tomorow :)
138.9 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
