The day after weight lifting / I ate extra protein ( chicken breast, additional quantity of whole milk, etc) after the exercise to promote muscle growth...

138.9 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.7 lb a week
