Wasn't great yest diet and water wide but didnt have much choice because of office festivities.
Hoping the event few days of 6 meals and a gallon will help.
Had small amount of diet coke tues- had full glass last night. Also drank alcohol tues.
Found one pill in my purse...not sure what day I missed one but that may be playing a factor.
