Today I am going to a 1.6 mile hike w a friend. I am a little nervous since E won't be there when to pick me up when I fall down. Plus, I started my monthly today, the first time in months. My friend is a guy, 9 years younger. We shall see how I do.

Yesterday's #'s: Chol 57 /Fat 50.02/ Carbs 167.26/ Sugar 66.7/ Prot 32.89/ Cals 1230/ Cals spent 2340 / 100 oz plus a 24 oz iced coffee
252.4 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 92.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
