My weights not budging but guess that’s fine for this week. I can’t expect it to drop every day. Fasting continues till Sunday and I’ll switch to 11- 5 fast
164.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
