Yesterday, we did nothing. I mean nothing but sit on the couch and doze off occasionally. I was so tired from Saturday

Yesterday's #'s: Chol 87 /Fat 88.54/ Carbs 204.92/ Sugar 63.52/ Prot 42.51/ Cals 1823/ Cals spent 2034 / 24 oz plus 12 oz iced coffee

I have been drinking so much lately that it felt weird not being hydrated. I was so thirsty in bed. That has not happened in a few weeks.
253.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 93.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
