I little annoyed with myself. Yesterday, I did my calories early to plan my dinner. I thought I was rocking it. When I looked at the total, it was higher than I remembered. My ice coffee was in snacks and I was just looking at dinner. Graaahhhh!

So, my low day was higher than I wanted. It's not a huge deal, but I like my low days near Friday (my weigh in day). Oh well. Mistakes happen.

Two nights in a row, I made sure to make my step goal. Yay me!

Tonight I am going to a local pub with my coworkers. I already planned my meal. My food restrictions make it so I can not drink, so, water for me. But w/o a designated driver, I wouldn't drink anyway. I hate when they drink then drive. I am such a prude when people have more than 2 drinks and drive.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
