wt in this morning I was 184.0 pounds now I am wearing a size 11/12, but a medium top is still tight on me so I still in large top. I feel alot better and have more energy. I will go back to that broad walk and run up and down those stairs. the broad is one mile long so 4 to 5 should be enough for me..
184.0 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
