It's been a little while again. The weight is slowly dropping, not so much the scale, but my pants are almost uncomfortably loose. My measurements this morning compared to a month ago show an inch list in the waist and chest and 1 1/2" in my hips. I think I'm getting more knowledgeable on what causes bloating. I am grabbing a Des before I go to work, although once in awhile I switch it up with Crystal Light Focus or energy. The rest of the day, I pretty much stick to the Lipton green teas or CL mixes. Not doing so well on plain water or getting my calcium in. Overall though, watching portion sizes and what and when I drink, things are happening for me.
