Wow! It's surprising that it is coming off this fast! It's hard work and discipline, but results like this keep me excited and motivated. I know there are hard days ahead, but I can look back to a day like today for encouragement.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
