Yesterday's #'s: Chol 273 /Fat 72/ Carbs 282.76/ Sugar 142.64/ Prot 44.26/ Cals 1928/ Cals spent 2528 / 66 oz water & 24 oz coffee

I didn't exercise but I cleaned.

It was not the healthiest meal, but I tracked it. & there was still a loss after all my scale nonsense. The scale company had a backup of my data. They replaced it last night so I am back in action. I fixed all my data points (calories, weight, calories spent) in fatsecret, fitbit, and the scale so it all matches. I feel like myself again today. I am not moody often, and I am glad I feel like me again. My husband is also glad I am back to "me". LOL You could tell he was trying to be extra kind because he did not complain once about a meal of bagels, muffins, cinnamon stick, and breakfast bowl (eggs, cheese, potato, & sausage). I am sure the old school Italian in him was screaming, but he didn't let on. I am a lucky gal.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
