days like today I try so hard not to be frustrated.. I go to the gym 4 to 6 times a week, I watch almost everything I eat, I'm not drinking during this week and although I truly feel like I have lost the scale tells me I've gained and the inches say I'm the same... honestly I just don't know what else to do... ugh
chest 38 ~ same above belly 32 ~ same lower belly 38 ~ same hips 40.5. ~ down. 5 thigh 22 ~ same calf 13 ~ same arm 11.5 ~ gained
