A slight plateau. I just need to work through it. It'll all pay off. I also need to weigh in less frequently. I'm going to give my weigh in a month so that i do not get frustrated by the slow movement of my progress. I love my body now anyway, so I mustnt get upset or frustrated. I must be gratefult for my body now, and i am.
128.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
