Ah yes...I knew it was dehydration :) Trev and I went on a 3 hour hike and had a picnic. It was super fun! I told him I wanted to do that every weekend cuz it burned like 850 calories! That's like 6 glasses of wine!! JK :)
179.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
