NOt exactly sure what happened. I didn't make it the gym on Mon/Wed but I went Fri/Sun. I didn't eat over my calories except maybe Saturday--and even then it wasn't way over. I walked for over an hour on Thursday night. I just don't get it. Weeks like this make it hard to stay focused. I can handle a gain when I except it or know that I had a few off days.

Hopefully this just means a bigger loss next week...
199.6 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
