Went a little off plan over 5 day vacation, but did do a decent amount of hiking I wouldn't have been able to due before this journey. Getting back on track. have a great weekend all.
236.8 lb Lost so far: 87.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
