I have to remind myself that I'm not trying to lose weight any more. I like being around 145. After months of being in weight loss mode it's kinda scary to not see the scale move.
144.8 lb Lost so far: 135.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
