9st 6.5 (SS at WW) both these results were a pleasant surprise! This has been another week where I've really struggled, and repeatedly gone over my points/calories. I just don't seem to be able to keep myself under control. But if I keep this up, this is how it creeps back on, as my reckless eating is also accompanied by a reduction in motivation to keep up with the exercise. Keeping up with attendance at WW is definitely helping, with not hiding my head in the sand, of course the question is whether I will be able to curb any increase or just watch in dismay as it spirals upwards? I'm keeping up the tracking even when it's appalling which again is better than having my head in the sand, so fingers crossed that the measures I'm trying to keep in place will help, as well as accountability. I just hope I can keep up with the exercise, which is another area where having other people to meet for badminton, or booking aqua classes, really helps.
132.5 lb Lost so far: 46.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
