I had expected to gain since last week, but not 3lbs! Clothes certainly don't fit like I'm at 120, so I'm guessing mostly water weight.
120.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
