Today was a good day. I did better on the track, ran 1/2 mile walked 3/4 of a mile. Sticking to my diet. Drinking water... well I could drink a little more water...
134.0 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
