Calories for the Thanksgiving were below my 1800 daily goal at 1773, yet my weight for the day went up 1.6 pounds. I suppose that 1264 of those calories coming after 5PM didn't help matters. Hopefully this is a temporary spike and I will be able to declare victory in the first round of this holiday season.
193.6 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
