I can tell that I am going to have a hard time going back to my healthy diet, especially without my crystal light and equal... I think I am beginning to have some side effects from the articificial sweetners. It sounds crazy, but I am going to see if I feel any better after a few weeks... Well, as far as my weight goes, I am off to a good start.... I guess a little bit of exercise and diet control goes a long way... It has been 3 days since I had a peice of candy...
