There we go! A good day and a large loss
1 bowl cereal w/ skim milk breakfast
1 tbs ELOO mid meal
1 chef salad lunch
1 tbs ELOO mid meal
2 bowls homemade salad and almonds dinner
1 hr eliptical 938 calories
I'll feel much better when I've taken off the vegas weight and am actually losing new weight again.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 10.5 lb a week
