500g down in one week, I'm really pleased! I had been hoping for it though, since I have been doing 1-2 hours of moderate to hard exercising, biking and running, and kept my daily kcal intake down to 600-900. Still, it is great to see the results on the scales - there has been moments in my life where exercising a lot and eating a little has not made me drop weigh, without I understood why. So when my classics works (more sport, less carbs and sugar) works, I'm really happy !
