In the past, I dropped weight much quicker. However, with this IF/Keto plan, I feel that I'm losing pure fat. If I average 2 lb or so per week, I think that it will be healthy and sustainable. But as we've discussed before, its all a matter of trial and error. Do what works until it doesn't. Then do something else.
