OK, almost back on track
1 bowl cereal w/ skim milk breakfast
1 tbs ELOO mid meal
Some cookies for snack :-(
1 bowl ceaser salad lunch
1 tbs ELOO mid meal
3 bowls homemade salad and almonds dinner
1 bowl soup after dinner
Not ready for gym yet, hopefully tommorrow.
Still lost a pound and should be at 100% tommorrow
256.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 76.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
