discussing! the same weight for how many days? I am bloated also. I ate some canned cabbage, and it was low calorie. I never even checked to see how much sodium! a lot, I bet! I need to walk more!
152.0 lb Lost so far: 63.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
